Thicker than Water, featuring Isobel Arnett in Clearing my Mother’s House and Wendy Van der Plank in Master of Disguise, premiered at Stawell Village Hall and played to sell out houses in Newton and Noss and Stockland. It was also seen at Ibberton, Dulverton, Clapton and Wayford, Shepton Mallet, Bradford Peverell, Nethercompton and Tatworth.
The show was very well received and here are just some of the comments made by audience members:-

“I very much enjoyed watching good writing being performed by actresses with proper technique.”
“Real Theatre – amusing and witty but thought-provoking.” (Newton and Noss Village Hall, Devon)
“(We were) totally engaged and absorbed … Marvellous – extremely professional, very entertaining, exactly what I expected. Sian and her company were really great to work with.” (Promoter, Clapton Village Hall, Somerset)
“Another cracker from Sian Williams and an excellent actor – Wendy Van der Plank … Lisa McGinnis, a new face on the block to us, wrote a very intimate story, beautifully played by Isobel Arnett. Three cheers for BKTC!” (Promoter, Nethercompton Village Hall, Dorset)
